  薄壁铜铝管“电阻压力焊接法”发明的诞生,给空调器连接管技术带来革命性突破,成为空调铜铝连接管技术完全成熟的标志,也成为铜铝连接管从第二代进入第三代的拐点。从此,第三代铜铝连接管不仅可以安全、高效地用于空调,而且使用的综合效果比铜管更优。

1、HANJIEJISHUYOUSHI

  适合于工业化生产的薄壁铜铝管焊接技术,被称为世界级难题,是空调器连接管铝代铜的关键技术。中国海洋大学材料科学与工程研究院与青岛市海青机械总厂的专家经过数万次的反复实验,于2003年发明了一种全新的焊接法——电阻压力焊接法,这种焊接法可以在焊接中实现焊缝中无铜铝共晶组织、铜铝原子结合,焊缝非常牢固,经过拉伸、弯曲、压扁等各种机械试验,都没有出现任何缝隙。由此,“空调器铜铝连接管”的制备技术获得了国家发明专利,铜铝连接管产品被科技部、商务部、国家质检总局和国家环保总局四部委联合确定为国家重点新产品。目前,这一发明正在申请国际发明专利。
               
  运用这种技术生产的第三代铜铝连接管,焊缝强度高于铜管、铝管的自身强度。
